These terms apply to your use of NumGener.com (“NumGener”, “we”), a free collection of online generators operated from Ukraine. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

NumGener offers free online tools, such as random number, password and UUID generators, a dice roller and a coin flip. No account is needed. We may add, change or remove tools and features, or pause the site, at any time and without notice.

2. Your results

The results you generate are yours. You may use them for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial, without crediting NumGener. We claim no rights in them, and because they are created on your device, we do not keep copies.

3. Randomness and suitability

Our random generators use the cryptographically secure generator built into your browser (the Web Crypto API). They are not certified by any testing laboratory or regulator, so do not use them where the law or the rules require certified randomness, such as licensed gambling, official lotteries or regulated prize draws. You are responsible for choosing settings that suit your purpose and for how you use the results, including keeping generated passwords safe.

4. Acceptable use

When using NumGener, you agree not to:

• disrupt or overload the site, including with automated requests, scrapers or bots;
• try to gain unauthorised access to our systems or get around security measures;
• copy the site, its tools or its content, in whole or in substantial part, to offer a competing service;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

5. Our content

The site's texts, translations, design and code, and the NumGener name and logo, belong to NumGener and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may link to any page and quote short passages with a link to the source; any other reuse needs our written permission.

6. Ads and other websites

The site may show ads and link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. How our analytics and advertising partners process data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. No warranty

NumGener is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep the tools correct and the site online, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NumGener is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
